Phase Two reimagined the home’s functionality for a large, active family. Walls were removed to create a walk-in pantry that blends beauty and efficiency, while the relocated laundry room features a pass-through window to support effortless flow from pool to utility. This phase also introduced deeply personal spaces, including a wellness room with sauna and cold plunge, and a fully reimagined primary bathroom.
